Fiscal Sponsorship
-

Fiscal sponsorship allows organizations to attract donors even when they are not yet recognized as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Charitable contributions are given to the Foundation, which then grants them to the sponsee to support the organization’s efforts or programs. The Foundation acts as the organization’s fiscal sponsor and serves as the administrative “home” of the cause, providing fiduciary oversight, financial management, and other administrative services to help build the capacity of sponsors as they work to receive nonprofit status.
We currently serve as fiscal sponsor for the following organizations:

Chicago Latines in Philanthropy
Chicago Latines in Philanthropy is a professional network of Latin American philanthropic individuals, including grantmakers, board trustees, and individual donors in the Chicago metropolitan area. To donate to the Chicago Latines in Philanthropy Fiscal Sponsorship Fund, click here.

Oak Park Township
The Foundation handles donations to Oak Park Township, which supports its senior and disability services, youth services and mental health services. To donate to the Oak Park Township Charitable Fund, click here.
