    Community Connections Leadership Program  (Formerly Leadership Lab)

    The Foundation is pleased to announce the Leadership Lab program became independent in 2024, and is now known as the Community Connections Leadership Program, managed by Community Connections Fund (CCF). 

    The CCF will continue its work through a hands-on curriculum, teaching mediation and conflict resolution, public speaking, data collecting and analysis, networking, cultivating a personal leadership style, and other skills. Learn more and apply on the CCF website.

    Launched as the Community Leadership Program of Dominican University’s Brennan School of Business, for 16 years the Community Connections Leadership Program has fostered growth, innovation, and collaboration among emerging and established leaders. The Foundation is proud of its role in incubating the program from 2016 to 2024. Now in its new phase, the program will continue to work to create a stronger and more engaged local leadership pipeline, enriching and uplifting community caretakers devoted to positive change and helping Oak Park, River Forest, and the surrounding region remain great places to work, play, and live.
